• • How can I upload an image to the site?

  
  To upload an image to the site –
  1. Press LOAD IMAGE in the home page or from anywhere else in the site.
  2. Using the BROWSE button, locate your image in your PC.
  3. Press LOAD. Note - the image's loading may take several minutes, depending on the size of the file and the type of network connection.
  4. Once this stage is completed, the image is uploaded to the site and transferred automatically to the working surface. Note that alternatively, you may select an image from the image selection in our gallery and transfer it to the working surface.

  
  
• • What printable materials are available?

  
  Magnipic enables printing the image on photo-paper, canvas or sticker paper (Vinyl). The materials we use are of the highest quality in the market and they go through strict QA processes. The excellent materials we use guarantee that the quality of the product you receive will be maximal over time.

• • Is the image resistant to water and sunrays?

  
  No, the printed image is not resistant to outdoor conditions. When cleaning the image it is advised to prevent from using any liquids, including water. The image should be cleaned only using air pressure or a delicate brush.
  With advanced request you may order a sunray-resistant print.

  
  
• • Can the image I've ordered be sent to another addressee? (as a gift/surprise)

  
  Yes. When the order is completed you can specify a delivery address which is different than the address you specify for mailing the receipt.

  
  
• • Will Magnipic edit the image I've sent?

  
  No graphic editing is done by Magnipic. We use our state of the art technology to enable the wide format printing. The entire graphic editing (if any) must be completed before sending the image.

  
  
• • Is the image coated with any protection substance after its print?

  
  Yes, we coat the printed image with anti-UV substance, yet the image is not resistant to sunrays when hanged outdoors.
